FAQ's for Prospective Tenants

Q: What type of lease terms does Norry Management seek?

A: Although lease terms are always negotiable, we generally seeks leases that are five to ten years long.

Q: Who is responsible for management?

A: At Norry Management, you deal with a specific property manager that knows the ins and outs of your office and will be accessible to you. Your concerns are addressed promptly, as nearly all maintenance issues are handled within one business day.

Q: When are the buildings accessible to me, as a tenant? Will I have access to my rental space during off-hours?

A: Yes. All of the Norry Management rental units are accessible to tenants (not necessarily the public) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Q: I would like to rent an office space that is currently vacant. Will Norry Management assist with planning the build out, so that my employees will have separate offices, a break room and a conference room?

A: Yes. Norry Management will build to any and all of our tenant's specifications, subject to our prior approval. Norry Management will work with our tenants to help you build your own space, subject again to our approval.
